NOAA promotes and maintains the highest professional standards in the apartment industry through education, publication and advocacy programs.

The Southwest Florida Apartment Association (SWFAA) is based in Ft. Meyers, Florida, and serves the counties of Charlotte, Collier and Lee. It is a trade association of apartment owners, property management companies, on-site resident managers and suppliers, banded together to promote the real estate rental industry through legislation, education and promotion. Members of SWFAA are also automatically members of the Florida Apartment Association as well as the National Apartment Association.
