What is the cost for DIY Real Estate Solutions
Property Management Software?
DIY Real Estate Solutions fees consist of a low monthly Base Subscription fee of $25, plus 35 cents per unit. You will be billed monthly starting on the day you sign up. The per unit charge will be based on the number of units you have set up.
Are there any restrictions on the number of apartment units or
rental properties?
No.
Are there any other fees?
There are fees for additional services, such as
Tenant Credit Screening and
Online Rent Payments for your residents. These services are optional and will be billed based on usage. Also, sales tax is charged for customers in the state of Ohio.
How do I pay for my monthly services?
Either with a credit card or direct debit to your checking account, provided at sign-up.
What if I have not set up any rental units or processed any
accounting transactions in a monthly cycle, do I still get billed a fee?
Yes, you are charged the base subscription fee ($25), starting the month you sign up and every month until you cancel your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription a number of different ways: click the Account link on the DIY Real Estate Solutions

Do I sign an annual contract?
No, you agree to the Terms of Use as outlined in the sign up process, but are not obligated to any long-term service agreements. You may discontinue the service at any time as long as you notify our billing department.
Are there software support fees?
No. All software support is included in your monthly Base Subscription fee.
Additional services, such as Tenant Credit Screening and Online Rent Payments may require a setup fee.
Is it units or tenants that are counted for my monthly billing?
We count the number of rental units you have set up in the per unit monthly charge, whether the unit is occupied or vacant.
What happens after I sign up?
You will receive a welcome e-mail with your Owner ID, log-on credentials, and the link to the DIY Real Estate Solutions
Online Property Management Software web site, as well as a quick start guide to setting up
your rental properties. In addition, there will be contact information to help you with any questions.

What kind of equipment do I need to use DIY Real Estate
Solutions Property Management Software?
